NOW THAT WAS AN ELECTION NIGHT! A stunning comeback by Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley in Tuesday's election took up all the oxygen on the Wednesday show, with Bill McCoshen and Joe Zepecki providing their expert analysis. Basically, tough night for DSA Superstar Fran Hong, and an epic election night for Crowley. And "FRANIACS" might need some space for a few days. Just saying.
STATE FAIR CEO SHARI BLACK JOINS THE THURSDAY SHOW! Point Taken opens with the CEO of the Wisconsin State Fair for an update on how Wisconsin's favorite summer event is doing, rain challenges and all. UrbanMilwaukee.com's Jeramey Jannene brought Steve and Kristin the scoop on how smoothly (or not smoothly) Milwaukee County's election night count came off. NOTE: There were some interesting moments, of course all documented by the normal social media overreactions.
CLOSING THE DOOR ON THE PRIMARY ELECTION - Bill and Joe wrap up the week with a full debrief on Tuesday's election, with a civilized look at what might have been the political comeback of the century in Wisconsin. Although we're only 26 years in, so maybe slow the roll a bit?
